Farmer's Market and Food from the Garden

There is more and more stuff appearing at the market now and everything looks so good. We bought chicken breast (fajitas tomorrow, first try at homemade tortillas), blueberries, blackberries, eggs, potatoes and sweet onions. Miss Kitty just had to inspect the goodies.

I picked the last of the loose leaf lettuce, the rest of the beets, some peppers, carrots and peas and the first of the kohlrabi today. The first zucchinis are coming in and the birds are picking the rest of the raspberries.

With one of the potatoes and the smallest of the zucchini I made potato-zucchini fritters for lunch today with a bowl of green salad. They turned out pretty good, next time I will add a little grated onion.

All the produce looks so good and I am going to have to make fritter's like the ones you made.
Tortilla's are easy, just remember to roll Thin! Have fun.

Your fritters look like they are tasty. We love zucchini but I've never used it in fritters. Looks like it is time for me to try it.

Hi Maria,
Your veggies look great. What or how do you use kohlrabi?
