A Gift For My Readers

Today the counter on my blog hit 10000! To celebrate this number I decided to give a gift to one (or more) of my readers. I can not show you yet what it is, because I have not finished it (we hit that number sooner than I thought), but I can tell you that it is handmade and useful. :)
So, if you would like to get a handmade gift from me, leave a comment on this post and tell me how long you have been reading my blog and how you found it.
That would be a good opportunity for all of you who are reading regularly but have never left a comment. So, come out, come out, wherever you are and say hello!
I will draw the lucky winner(s) on September 30.

Note: This post will stay on top of my blog until Sept. 30, please scroll down for newer posts until then.

I've been reading it since the beginning, and found it because you told me about it. ;-)

Unfortunately I cannot remember exactly how I found your blog!!! But I am glad I did!!!It was a link in someone else's blog I think...their favorites list and I clicked, and liked what I saw, so I put you in my blog reader...I think its been a couple of months..though I know I have gone back and read several more months in the archives...
I love your fall decorations..the patchwork pumpkin is very nice but I ESPECIALLY like the squirrel wall hanging with its branch hanger!

I have been reading your blog for a couple of months. I think I found you by Jenny Wren's day in my life posts. I love to read and see what other knitters, crocheters, and sewers are doing so I started reading regular.

Hi Maria,
Oh, first I want to say that I didn't mean to come here to win a gift from you because honestly I just found your blog today while I was looking for the way to make quilt (I followed the link from the comment you left in this blog -- http://needlebook.blogspot.com/)
I thought I should mention it because maybe it wouldn't be fair for others who have been reading your blog for a long time and then I just showed up and claim to be the part of the draw too.
However if you think it's ok, then, of course, I would love to be included and win too!! :-)))))

PS. I am checking the quilts you made. They look lovely!! I wish I could do something like that too.

Oh, thank you very much! That was a very quick reply from you. :-)

I have made up my mind that I will start making my first quilt. So this weekend I will check the local fabric and craft shops to see what kind of stuff they have. But I don't have a sewing machine. Do you think it would be too difficult to make quilt by hand for the first-time quilter like me?

Cheers,
Jinnie

I just found your blog today as well! You were listed as a favorite on another blog. I'm in the process of buying a sewing machine and learning to sew, I find you very inspirational! Currently I'm into scrapbooking and cross stitch as well crafting with my girls.
