This one is for me

A crochet shawl I finished during my summer break, I made this one for myself. The pattern is called 'Wrapped in Warmth', the yarn is Lion Brand Heartland.

Maria, that shawl is gorgeous! I love the pattern, the yarn, the color...everything! Did you make up the pattern yourself or did you find it somewhere? I'm always on the lookout for nice wrap patterns in crochet since I can crochet a lot faster than I can knit! Nice job on this one, and a nice treat for yourself!

Just beautiful! I don't know what the stitches are but the result makes it look so lacy and exquisite. Such a pretty color and you will enjoy it so much this fall and winter. Think that color is very versatile and will go with almost everything. It seems as though you have had a very productive summer. I just baked pumpkin muffins this morning. It has been so miserably hot for several weeks but right now we have a few days reprieve with cooler nights and lower humidity. Just had to take advantage of it and bake and do yard work. Hope you are getting the same cooler nights and lower humidity.

You are making that Heartland yarn sing!!! Just wonderful. And is this where folks can get the pattern?: http://www.elkstudiohandcraftedcrochetdesigns.com/2015/01/02/wrapped-in-warmth-crochet-shawl/
