The Joy of Zucchinis - Week 1

When your garden gives you zucchini in abundance ...

Bake zucchini bread,

serve them with pork chops,

make a zucchini tart,

grill them,

and put the leftovers on a white pizza with fresh tomato and basil.

Yum Yum Yum!!! I like to make zucchini bread in muffin form and then top it with cream cheese frosting! Ok now I'm hungry!

I must be the only person on
earth who can't grow zucchini
successfully! Every year I try
a different variety and every
year it fails. I'd love to have
to seek out zucchini cookbooks!
