It is still raining here and what used to be my garden is now a squishy jungle of weeds. Lots of work waiting for us once it stops raining. So, what better to do on a rainy day than baking. :)
Garlic bread for lunch.
Cranberry Orange Scones.
Granola.
Bread.
The house smells nice and we have some good stuff to eat.

Hi Maria, It's been rainy here also. I'm itching to start digging in the garden. Question...could you use margarine instead of butter in the scone recipe??
I had a baking week! Last week before I go back to work. Made 15 King cakes. Gave them all away. Make 10batches or cookies. They were put in my freezer. Slowing going away. Such a great stress releaser!! Thanks!!!! Going to freeze in Texas tonight. The flowers are all out. Tomatoes in the garden.
