Und dies ist meine Lieblingsedecke des Jahres. Es hat ewig gedauert sie fertig zu bekommen, alles in festen Maschen gehaekelt, aber ich liebe das Ergebnis.
I have made 13 blankets in various sizes this year but the official Jahresdecke 2016 was not finished. I lost interest when I discovered that I actually do not like the colors I am using in it. It will eventually be finished and donated but just not this year. I declare my Sweet Pea Afghan as Jahresdecke and the Cat and Kitten Afghan is my favorite blanket of the year.

I love your cat and kitten afghan. It really grabs your attention with the bold cat shapes. Have to admit though that I like the colors in the other afghan (at least on my computer monitor). Appears to be lovely shades of aqua and brown/gold. It's a chilly, rainy day here and a warm blanket looks very inviting.
